Jordan Drake
Lead Pastor
Jordan Drake was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and met his wife, Emma, while attending the University of New Mexico. After marrying in 2016, Jordan completed seminary at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and served in a variety of ministry contexts before moving to Eastern North Carolina. He now serves as Lead Pastor of Providence Church in Holly Ridge and is passionate about seeing lives transformed by the gospel and the church united in obedience to the Great Commission. Jordan enjoys spending time with Emma and their three childrenāLevi, Corbin, and Josieāalong with the outdoors, sports, coffee, and working with his hands.

Emma Drake
Kids Director (Volunteer)
Emma Drake is a native of Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she met Jordan while finishing her bachelor's degree. Emma has helped start multiple ministries alongside Jordan while raising three beautiful children. She is administratively gifted and desires to see families grow into the design God intended for His creation, being saved and transformed by the gospel. Emma has a heart for missions, working with special needs children, and building community.
Emma loves to spend time at the beach, playing with her kids, and watching Disney movies.
Lisa Gray
Music Director
Lisa joined the staff of Providence in September 2022 as Worship Leader and is grateful to worship alongside the Providence church family. She loves leading both traditional hymns and contemporary worship, serving with a dedicated praise team, with the goal of giving all praise and glory to Jesus Christ. Lisa believes worship is for an āaudience of Oneā and welcomes anyone interested in singing or playing an instrument to reach out to her. She and her husband, Tim, have been married nearly 40 years and moved to North Carolina from Arkansas in 2022 to be closer to their first grandchild, who brings them great joy.

Paula Rackley serves as the Assistant Preschool Director and Youth Director at Providence Church and loves helping children and students grow in their faith in a safe, loving environment. She enjoys partnering with families and volunteers to create meaningful, joy-filled experiences where kids and youth feel known, valued, and encouraged in their walk with Christ. When sheās not at church, Paula enjoys the beach, crafting, reading, and sipping her favorite coffee. She grew up in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and treasures time with her husband of 31 years, Steve, their son Colin, and their dog, Tillie.

Gail Turner
Church Treasurer
Gail Turner grew up in Holly Ridge, North Carolina, as the daughter of Rev. Bill and Lorene Rowe and has been part of the Providence Church family since infancy. She has been married to her husband, Doug, for 54 years and is blessed with two daughters, their spouses, and four grandchildren. Having grown up in a pastorās family, Gail has served in several churches over the years while faithfully returning to Providence as home. She has served Providence in many roles, including VBS Director, choir member, Sunday School teacher, church secretary, daycare director, and church treasurer, and enjoys the beach, family vacations, and playing pickleball.
